A(nother) Blog is Born

I've got about four or five blogs going, in various stages of quasi-abandonment. But I believe that's for a reason. It was the stepping stone process to get me to Here.

I like blogging. I just hadn't hit on *my* topic: something that wouldn't get boring for me to maintain.  I am interested in many, many things, and have a low threshold for tedium. For me, sticking to one topic for any great length of time, and maintaining my enthusiasm for it, is expecting The Impossible or at least The Highly Unlikely. And if I'm bored with it, who would want to read what I wrote?

So, I've been thinking. (Dangerous, I know.)

The thing for me to blog about is the squirrel of the moment: that which has piqued my interest, captured my fancy, or cosmically slapped me across the face and shouted, "Pay attention, fool!"

And so I am (paying attention, not a fool).

More on this later, but I have just been invited to partake of an adult beverage with a friend at a benefit for Paws With A Cause, a fantastic organization. And so I am outta here for now!
